คำนวณต้นทุน-ค่าใช้จ่าย (Cost-Expenses)
- สามารถเพิ่มข้อมูลค่าใช้จ่าย และต้นทุนบริการของการจัดทัวร์แต่ละครั้งได้
- รายการค่าใช้จ่ายมีหน่วยคำนวณแยกตามประเภท (per seat, per trip)
- รายการค่าใช้จ่ายเชื่อมโยงกับ Supplier เพื่อออกรายงานเจ้าหนี้อัตโนมัติ
บัญชีลูกหนี้ A/R
- ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ Invoice (full amount) และ
แบบ Partial เช่นเก็บมัดจำ 30% - ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้แบบ Condenced Invoice
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินได้ (เฉพาะกรณีที่ได้รับการชำระยอดเต็มจำนวน)
- ออกใบ payment deposit เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานการชำระเงิน
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินสำหรับ Cooperate
- สามารถดูข้อมูลสถานะการชำระ Paid / Outstanding
- สามารถทำการ Void invoice และเอกสารเพิ่มหนี้/ลดหนี้ Credit Note
บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ AP
- รายการสรุปยอดเงินคงค้างทั้งหมดที่ต้องชำระ
- เลือกดึงรายการค้างชำระแยกตาม Supplier
- รายงานยอดเจ้าหนี้ที่มีรายการจอง และครบกำหนดชำระตามที่กำหนด
